My client based in the Education sector are currently looking for a Part-time Bursar Assistant to support their team for an ongoing temporary assignment. The ideal candidate would need to be available immediately and be able to show experience with the following duties:
The duties:
• Manage all purchase and general ledger
• Assist with supplier invoices
• Arrange payments
• Support the bursar with annual budgets
• Assist with the schools monthly payroll including Tax & NI contributions
• Arranging payroll payments and payments to HMRC
• Assist with maintaining cash and cheque accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare payments of cheques and BACS
• Assist with the preparation of month end and year end accounts
If you are able to show relevant experience obtained from a similar role and are available immediately for work then please apply. This role would be subject to enhanced DBS check and full referencing.
