Overview:

The Performance Marketing Executive will join the successful Group & Online Marketing team reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager. You will be part of a dynamic and professional team with close interaction and responsibility for all PPC, SEO and Affiliate campaigns managed in-house.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years PPC and SEO experience. Passionate about what you do, you will have a proactive approach and determination to play a part in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day running of PPC, SEO and Affiliate Marketing channels, including deployment of the Performance Marketing Strategy as defined by the Performance Marketing Manager
* Planning, launching, analysing and optimising campaigns across PPC and SEO
* Assisting with the growth and performance of the Affiliate Marketing Program
* Optimising the return on ad spend (ROAS) and monitor budgets and search performance against set targets and CPAs
* Maximising visibility, rank, click through rate (CTR) and conversions
* Conduct keyword analysis and share best practice between channels (PPC & SEO)
* Reporting of KPIs to the business, ensuring continuation of high performance
* Identifying future opportunities within search and optimise performance
* Providing data driven analytics to generate new ideas that engage with new and existing website users to generate leads
* Liaising with agencies to create quality content for SEO. Ensuring all content is fully optimised
* Liaising with the social media team to promote SEO content and gain social shares
* Outreach to bloggers and authoritative sites for link building opportunities
* Using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure, analyse and make data driven decisions based on current activity
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Keeping up to date with cutting edge PPC & SEO strategies and industry news

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years PPC and SEO experience
* Solid experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics
* Analytically minded and comfortable with data manipulation, performance analysis and reporting
* Excel skills required
* Self-motivated and organised with a high attention to detail
* Proactive with a high level of common sense and initiative
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to concentrate on the task in hand and see work through to its natural conclusion

Additional duties, responsibilities and projects may also be required.

Some travel may be required to attend regular meetings in other office locations.
