Customer Service Team Member - Maidstone - £20k
Our client is currently looking for a new team member to join their customer service team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Assisting customers with motor, household and travel enquiries
* Processing customer quotations
* General admin duties
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years office experience
* Excellent team-work and cooperation
* Understanding and friendly nature
* Ability to manage personal workload and prioritise
* Confident phone manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good computer skills
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Maidstone town centre. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail and an eagerness to extend their experience within the insurance industry.
