An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a highly progressive company who due to consistent success is looking to add to their finance team.
The ideal candidate will have worked within accountancy for a minimum of two years and will have experience in all aspects of Finance.
Person Specification:
* AAT qualified or working towards your qualification.
* Advanced Excel skills (essential)
* Experience with SAGE (essential)
* At least two years within an Accountancy role.
Key Responsibilities:
* General accounts administration.
* Analysing, coding and inputting financial data.
* Bank reconciliation
* Credit Control
* Posting and allocating payments.
* Reconciling supplier accounts.
* Planning and prioritising collections and payments.
* Assist the Finance Manager with general administration
* Ensure management procedures are complied with at all times
This role is available immediately however notice periods will also be considered!
