It is an established residential home with 6 adult residents with learning disabilities. We are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Senior Support Worker to provide the support that allows our amazing service users to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Senior Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.

Full driving licence would be an advantage, due to the rural location.
NVQ in Health & Social Care – Level 3, or equivalent is essential.
