My client has a vacancy for a Remortgage Administrator in the Property Department to deal with the completions of volume remortgage cases.

The candidate will be required to undertake the accurate and timely completion of standard and complex remortgage transactions to ensure that all cases are completed as quickly as possible and within the SLA period, wherever possible. Additionally, to provide robust and accurate customer services to remortgage customers, ensuring that at all times it is in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.

* Understand the remortgage process
* To understand the difference in tenure
* Be able to process volume incoming work quickly and accurately
* Accurate data entry in accordance with prescribed file management procedures
* Prepare and submit bulk funds request forms to lenders in accordance with their requirements.
* Carry out Pre-Completion Checks in accordance with the system generated checklist and ensure the mortgage documentation has been received and properly executed
* Chase customers for any outstanding documentation
* Carry out Land Registry OS1 searches of priority
* Take EPDQ payments, as required
* Collate documentation and transfer to the Accounts department to enable completion
* Reschedule failed completions and ensure the return of the mortgage funds in accordance with the client services agreement
* Finalise the execution of the mortgage documentation and transfer files to Post Completion

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* An understanding of the conveyancing/remortgage process
* Possess a willingness to learn
* Have a positive attitude
* Excellent client care skills
* Good telephone manner
* Be able to process volume incoming work quickly and accurately
* Demonstrate good attention to detail, particularly in relation to figure work and numeracy
* Be able to work well on your own as well as part of a team
* Be able to identify issues which arise and resolve them as quickly as possible
* Liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and departments
* Be friendly and helpful
