Are you able to show experience of managing all aspects of accounts from a previous role?
My Ashford based client is currently looking for an assistant accountant to support them for an ongoing contact. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience of the following duties:
The duties:
• Posting sales invoices and credits to the ledger
• Manage all purchase invoices against the relevant PO numbers
• Supplier reconciliations
• BACS payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Manage all petty cash
• Prepare and submit monthly EC sales and Intrastat
• VAT Returns
• Assist with HR Duties including timesheets, processing staff holiday
If you have experience with the above duties and are available immediately and are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role then please apply!
