Your Team and Role
Customer Dynamics is all about understanding our customers as individuals and using your insight to make great decisions about how we contact them. We’re looking for a leader for our Customer Dynamics team, playing a key role in strategic projects across the business. Your role will involve:
• Maximising the effective and efficient use of multiple channels of customer contact
• Working with a breadth of stakeholders from Director to Team Leader
• Continually striving to deliver creative solutions that meet our customer, staff and business needs
• Own, lead and develop a best in class customer dynamics team
Will you thrive?
We’re looking for a skilled professional with a background in Operations and Analytics who strives to work in a dynamic and fast paced team. To be successful in this role you will specifically possess:
• Demonstrable experience in an analytical role, coupled with advanced knowledge and use of SQL
• Strong influencing skill with the ability to take ideas and solutions to stakeholders in a convincing and easy to understand manner
• Experience of coaching and mentoring people (or able to demonstrate aptitude)
• A background in customer contact/data/analytics
• The ability to work on high pressure/time bound technical projects
• The ability to communicate with people at all levels across the company
