This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team delivering the Short Breaks service for children and young people with disabilities. Imago is a leading charity providing support and opportunities to people across the South East.

Based in Ashford and working across Kent, you will seek out opportunities to engage with individuals and groups to increase referrals.
You will promote the service to families, schools, colleges, businesses, statutory and voluntary agencies; attending assemblies, meetings, networks and partnerships to deliver talks and information about the programme which offers after school café-style groups (8-15 years), Saturday Clubs (15-19 years) and school holiday trips. Activities are planned to support the personal and social development, and independence of the young people we work with.

You will also attend and represent the service at events and other promotional opportunities.
This role requires you to work both independently and as part of a wider team to achieve targets and outcomes.
