I am currently recruiting for a Senior Payment Administrator on a 6 Month temporary contract for our client based in Kings Hill

This is a great company to work for with a friendly Team offering free parking on site

The Role

To perform processing of intercompany and client self-billing candidates timesheets and

invoices and permanent placements. To provide a single point of contact to the Division and

suppliers for payment queries and to forge excellent working relationships with Payroll and

the Division to ensure all workers/suppliers are paid.

Key Duties

Perform data imports from the clients in house system into Safe Tempest application. Undertake the processing of intercompany invoices/timesheets to ensure correct

payments are made within agreed timescales and that all queries are managed

and resolved accordingly.

Process manually any permanent placement transactions for specified business unit.

Reconcile Supplier statements relating to specific business unit and resolve any relating

queries.

Run GP reports and distribute to business.

Create faster payments/next day payments/additional payment runs where necessary.

Liaise with Payroll team to resolve any queries/provide any assistance required.

Skills Required

Previous experience of working within the Recruitment Sector

Knowledge of Safe Tempest desired

A good working knowledge of Excel to intermediary level including Excel VLookUps and

Pivot Tables

Understanding of the legislation relevant to pay and bill of agency workers

Attention to detail and accuracy's

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills, time management and prioritisation skills



Monday - Friday 37.5hrs per week

This position is for 6 months with a view if extending
