We are currently recruiting for a dynamic organisation that are seeking to recruit an individual, preferably of graduate calibre, to join their business, based on the outskirts of West Malling.
The role is an administrative support opportunity that has involvement in both marketing and accounts duties requiring you to provide full support to the Finance and Marketing team
Duties will include:
*Office administration and management of office facilities, answering telephone, ordering stationery and office supplies
*Plan, organise and book travel arrangements for the team
*Maintaining policies and procedures for the team including but not limited to company insurance policies, expenses, holiday tracking
*Supporting Finance Manager with purchase ledger
*Support Marketing, PR and Social Media activities such as mailings, responding to consumer enquires
*Assisting with Marketing team with planned media events
*Assisting Finance Manager with planning and organisation of Licensee events
*Production and development of reports and presentations for the Finance and Marketing team
*Analysis of data for use in monthly reports and presentations
Key skills and experience required:
*Ideally of graduate calibre with a business-related degree
*Active user of social media and online services /activity
*Previous marketing administration experience would be a distinct advantage
*Previous accounts processing experience would be an advantage
*Confident or experienced user of computer on Microsoft Office and other office IT systems
*Excellent people and communication skills
*Is self-motivated and can work to tight deadlines
*Effective communication skills both internally and externally both written and verbal
*Has the ability to work well in a team but also comfortable to be left alone to complete tasks
*Responds well to pressure at critical times and events
*Will have a clean driving licence
