Warders Medical Centre is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to cover maternity cover until December 2019. The role will involve working within the Repeat Prescription Department, administering the repeat medication programme and requires a high degree of accuracy and patient confidentiality together with excellent communication and patient care skills.
As the surgery now runs Electronic Prescribing, proficient IT skills are vital (although training on the system will be given) and a flexible and adaptable approach to work is essential. You will be educated to at least GCSE level with good grades in English and Mathematics and have previous office experience.
The hours of work are Monday to Wednesday 8.00am - 5.00pm.
