A global leader in what they do, with worldwide distribution channels. Their headquartered are in Broadstairs, on a 4.5-hectare site incorporating high-tech manufacturing and research and development facilities. They are known as the largest photographic and imaging company in the world that has been established for over 80 years.


Summary of Position

This new administration role is required to support the operation of the marketing team. A key part of the role is to provide proactive data cleansing of the company’s Salesforce CRM system. This will involve searching for new companies not on the database and helping to improve the data already on the system.

It will also involve supporting the campaign and lead generation team in terms of fulfilling lead requests, handling purchase orders and invoice queries, supporting requests for images or other queries coming into the team, along with other office administration tasks as required.

Applicants need to demonstrate an interest in data management and be keen to work in an administrative environment, supporting the rest of the team.


Position Expectations
• Handle all purchase orders and invoice queries
• Manage lead fulfilment
• Proactively cleanse Salesforce data and provide support to other departments inhouse and globally
• Support targeted digital marketing campaigns with data
• Manage image database and respond to queries accordingly
• Manage user administration of various systems
• Support content administration
• Carry out office administration tasks as required

Candidate requirements
• Computer literacy essential
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Be enthusiastic, dynamic and willing to learn
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage, but not essential.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Working hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
