An experienced Accounts Payable Clerk is required to join the Accounts function of a leading employer is Erith.
You should have experience of working within a finance environment, using a financial software such as Sage, and have ideally specialised in Accounts Payable.
This position is an immediate start full time role, you will initially start as a temp but there is excellent opportunity for this role to become permanent for the successful candidate.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
- To ensure accurate high volume entries onto the purchase ledger
- Matching invoices received by post and email to POs on the system
- To assist with Banking, Reconciliations and Cash Control
- To play a key part in the Month-end Accounts
