Position Expectations
Covering maternity leave you will work alongside the Facilities and EHS Administrator to provide administrative support to the Engineering, Facilities and Environmental, Health and Services team.
Key Areas of responsibility
• Administration of system for work scheduling and issuing of the engineering shift rota
• Conducting stock control analysis to ensure adequate stocks held
• Administer servicing and calibration certification and documents to ensure sign off
• Scanning and filing
• Processing purchase orders and liaising with contractors
• Control of preventative and corrective maintenance work orders
• Managing equipment servicing and calibration
• Collate and report weekly performance KPIs
• Conduct general administrative duties for the Engineering, Facilities and EHS Department
• Assist with H&S compliance, including emergency roll calls, 1st aid, fire alarm tests
• Provide cover for the Engineering, Facilities and EHS Supervisor and the Facilities, Engineering and EHS Administrator during periods of absence
• Assist the department during audits and inspections
• Conduct routine checks and site inspections
Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, although training will be provided on specific software
• Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred
• Ability to read and understand documentation associated with an Engineering and Health & Safety Department
• Ability to prioritise and multi task
• Ability to be a team player, as this role will require you to be involved in all aspects of the business
• An understanding of workplace H&S and pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Excellent organisational and communication skills demonstrating good attention to detail
