You will be working with a leading business that has a reputation for providing high quality service within their industry. You will be based from the head office in Kent, working alongside the FD and commercial team to optimise processes and ensure strong financial operations to support organic business growth and success.

Your new role

You will be working within a small team of finance professionals to support BAU finance operations on a day to day basis to ensure best practice standards are maintained across the accounting function. You will be diligent with numbers, work well under own esteem, and be a thorough and hard working individual who takes pride in their work.

The main tasks of the role will be -

* To prepare the annual budget in conjunction with the Finance Director
* Review WIP with commercial teams
* Act as POC for projects any advise on any financial challenges
* Review all overhead costs monthly, making accrual and prepayment adjustments to achieve accurate management accounts.
* Produce a monthly financial information pack
* Review costs and performance against budget
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare annual accounts for external audit
* Prepare consolidated group accounts as required
* Produce rolling cash flow forecast
* Ensure statutory requirements in respect of Taxation and Company Law are met
