HR & PAYROLL MANAGER TO £40,000 AAE

A successful Ashford company, with an impressive client list are seeking a HR & Payroll Manager to join their business.
The role will be to deliver an effective HR & Payroll service. Previous experience of working for an SME is essential.
You should be the type of person who gets passionate about the organisations you have worked for and what they do, and this passion is then translated into how you approach your role as the HR specialist. The ability to partner with operations managers and deliver value and efficiencies through HR strategies is what the business need. Therefore we will be looking at where applicants can evidence such examples from previous roles.
The post will also involve the running of payroll so you will have excellent knowledge of this.
The Leadership team are very hands-on and they expect the same from everyone else.
Applicants looking for either part-time work or full-time can be considered.
Necessary Experience:
Previous experience in a HR & Payroll Manager role is essential
CIPD qualified
Must have experience of payroll
