We are a firm of Quantity Surveyor's, based in Maidstone and working throughout the South East and London. We are looking for a bookkeeper experienced in Xero, on a part-time PAYE basis (ideally 9am - 1pm, but flexible) to work Monday to Friday at our offices in Maidstone.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in Xero accounting software, and be competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. We would be looking for a hardworking, reliable and approachable person to join our friendly team and look after the day to day runnings of our small accounts department.

Duties would include:

Raising Invoices, chasing overdue payments, reconciling the bank, uploading and filing all bills and invoices in Xero, producing payment run schedules, producing regular reports using Xero, updating and running regular cashflow as well as communications with our existing accountants.

Our ideal start date would be beginning of July, and we will be conducting immediate interviews, so if you think you fit the bill please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
