Reception Team Member
As a Receptionist, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out, billing, messaging, capture of revenue and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the properties facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise sales.
Experience in a similar role and the ability to multi-task is ideal but not essential.
This role carries the potential for advancement for the right candidate.
