Position Expectations
You will be working with a Senior Designer using AutoCAD to define the detail of technical layout drawings and wiring schematics for bespoke projects. Each project offers something new and different as the new technologies evolve. On-the-job training and mentorship are provided.


Key Duties
• Developing schedules
• Managing the procurement of the top end AV and IT kit that goes into installations
• Supporting Project Managers and other Design Technicians on project work
• See projects from concept through design to completion
• Attend project sites to gain greater understanding of client needs


Skills and Experience
• Working experience of AutoCAD and be confident with all elements of 2D drafting
• 2 years of experience within the AV/IT industry
• Technical knowledge of audio-visual systems, lighting controls, integrated control systems, IT networks, IP telephone systems and CCTV
• Computer literacy including Excel skills
• Ability to multi task
• Strong team player
