Finance Assistant, Part time - Kings Hill (Temporary role)
Reporting to the Finance Director
What you would be doing –
Running reports from time recording system
Producing excel reports for management and executive team, including graphs & charts
Taking basic data and manipulating
Providing new reports as required
Administration of system, set up new users/new projects/codes etc
Chasing timesheets
Skills –
Good Excel skills (SUM, VLookups, Pivot Tables, Concatenate items, Graphs / charts, Sorting / Filters)
Ability to create own reports
Excellent attention to detail
Accuracy & ability with manipulating numbers
Person -
Likes working with numbers, excel and creating own reports
Likes variation, different each day
Communicates well and confident at all levels
Problem solver
Able to meet deadlines
