ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are a firm of accountants based in Swanley Village Kent, who have a new vacancy within our company for a lovely bubbly person to work on our administration team to handle general administration work and deal with our telephone enquiries.
The right person must be have a very good telephone manner and be able to deal with the booking in of our paperwork, compose general letters and keep their own records in a very good order.
You need to have good typing skills and must be familiar with Word/Excel/Outlook and also have a good knowledge of English and grammar so that all aspects of work undertaken are of a good standard.
Our office is a very busy one and therefore you must be able to work under pressure, especially as it is now approaching the busiest time of the year for us.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible so if you feel like you are the right candidate for the job then please send your CV, showing examination grades, across to us for consideration. Due to our location the applicant must be be able to drive as there is no public transport near to our offices.
