Our client, a beautiful, luxurious hotel is looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide a professional service to guests and visitors.
You will be responsible for efficiently running the hotel reception area, ensuring that all guests and visitors are treated impeccably.
Ensuring a high level of customer service you will be booking rooms over the telephone and communicating the benefits of the hotel, promotions, room rates and achieving maximum occupancy rates where possible. You will need to have a good knowledge of the local area, and the hotel facilities on offer to satisfy customer inquiries.
You will have previous Receptionist experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant, excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, good team playing skills in addition to the ability to work autonomously, be IT literate, hotel database knowledge and booking systems preferred, well presented, and have a strong motivation to provide the best customer experience.
This is a full time position that requires weekend and some evening working.
