We are the worlds largest Clip n Climb and are an indoor Indoor Climbing Centre with a substantial emphasis on accommodating kids parties – the climbing experience also appeals to all ages. We currently employ around 50+ staff in a variety of roles including in the vibrant Summit Café as well as instructors co-ordinating the climbing experience.
Role
Working alongside existing Managers in managing a young team – key attributes will include being organised, ability to lead a team, outgoing and fun. No climbing experience necessary.
- Lead briefings – ability to talk to large groups of people key !
- Hosting of parties
- Money Handling and cashing up
- Help developing business including café and social media
Package
- £18 - £20k + discretionary bonus equating to 12% of basic salary – salary depends of levels of experience
- 40 Hours Week – availability to work weekends and school holidays critical
- No previous management experience necessary and plenty of training available
