Our client, a contractor with an enviable portfolio of blue-chip clients within the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator for their offices in Maidstone.

The majority of projects are based in Central London and across the South East.

Duties

* Submission of HVAC Tenders
* Ensuring all deadlines are met
* Liaising with clients
* Variations
* Finalise tender bids
* Handovers
* Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
* Measuring and take offs for materials and labour
* Reviewing of tender drawings & specifications
* Technical understanding of VRF/DX air conditioning system

Candidate requirements:

* Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working within an HVAC organisation essential
* Proficient in Microsoft office
