Eaglecliff Corporate Resourcing Solutions offers Permanent Recruitment and Contractor Resourcing within the IT, Finance and Marketing sectors, with a strong reputation for exceptionally high Service levels in everything that we do. Working with household name companies within the Oil and Gas and the TV and Entertainment sector, we are ISO accredited, Investors in People and Members of REC.

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator with around 1-3 years experience as an organised Administrator or with proven capabilities measurable from academic studies. This should include an expert level of competence with MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint and an ability for accuracy and attention to detail. Your enthusiasm to join a high performing team is the most important quality we are looking for, with a ‘can-do’ and ‘right first time’ mentality being the perfect fit. A Degree would also be very helpful but is not essential.

Working within a small team environment, this is an all-round role offering a wide range of administrative duties and a starting point for developing telephone skills and a career within HR or as a recruitment consultant.

We often work under pressure and on our own initiative, so you need an immense amount of common sense and flexibility to complement your excellent administrative and organisational skills. You also need an ability and a strong desire to get things done efficiently combined with a confident telephone manner, a likeable personality and lots of energy and enthusiasm.

The role will involve:

Recruitment Administration Duties including:
- Sending out and recording Satisfaction Surveys
- Contractor post-placement care
- New candidate log-ons
- Adding jobs to the database
- Preparing CV’s
- Helping to organise interviews
- Post Placement Care
- References
