Our client is looking for a System Analyst working as part of a project team leading on the configuration of the new EPR and data migration. In advance of go-live and end user training, there is a need to complete a thorough testing process to make sure the system is fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance and distribution of the methods and tools used to complete the configuration work.

You will support the lead systems analyst to develop and maintain standards and procedures.
There are two main aspects of the role

* Support the lead systems analyst to design and configure the system working with the Performance team, and services

* Review the migrated data in the replacement system including writing test scripts and running through them with the services

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * RIO System configuration knowledge and experience * Clinical coding experience * Previous NHS System Testing knowledge or experience * Previous UAT experience in an NHS / healthcare environment * Proven experience of testing software systems * Ability to liaise with staff at all levels (clinical, management and administrative staff) both verbally and written * Able to relate technical information to non-technical people * Ability to support on test management and service improvement.

Desirable Skills: Diary Management, Touch Typing, Medical Terminology, Telephone skills

This is a temporary role running until 10th January 2020
