Hours: Permanent full-time position / Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary: Based on experience
Holiday: 20 days per annum (increasing to 25 days over 5 years) plus bank holidays and Christmas closing

Job Description:
Working within the Marketing Department, this important support role helps to co-ordinate key elements of the event management process, including:
· Executing large email marketing campaigns (set up, copy writing and data work)
· Updating & managing website content
· Creating graphics for use on websites, email campaigns and to be shared with partners and sponsors ensuring the brand is consistent (experience using Canva, paint.net or similar)
· Providing regular input into social media activity (experience with paid for advertising is desirable)
· Design & proof-reading of promotional materials
· Supporting the management and development of Revolution’s delegate database
· Managing delegate registration systems (registration form set up, data and reports)
· Creating & analysing online delegate surveys
· Liaising with exhibitors, delegates and speakers prior to events
· Attending events as part of Revolution's on-site management team
Essential Skills:
• Organised and methodical approach
• Strong inter-personal skills & clear telephone manner
• Good level of IT-literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus online tools)
• Friendly 'can do' attitude
