Kent and Canterbury Hospital have a vacancy for a weekend Service Centre operator. To provide good reception/switchboard and customer service to Emergency Services, GP's, patients and visitors.
You will need to be able to work well under pressure- knowledge of site layout, local area and common medical terminology would be an advantage as would previous switchboard and/or helpdesk call handling experience also.
You will need GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent and you will need a DBS check.
