Our client is an experienced and well established building contractor who provide a one stop shop for all insurance related building repair works in Whitstable, Canterbury, Rochester, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Bromley, Dartford and throughout the South East of England. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

They offer a claim-based building repair service, which provides continuity of service and constant communication. They have established excellent working relationships with leading Insurers, Loss Adjustors, Engineers and Surveyors.

The Contract Manager will be costing for a variety of remedial works:

* Asbestos Sampling & Testing
* Digital Roof Survey
* Drying of Flood Damaged Properties
* Subsidence Repairs
* Underpinning
* Escape of Water Claims
* Fire Damage Claim
* Impact Claims
