My client based in Sittingbourne is looking for an experienced sales account manager with a strong scientific/ biotech background and an excellent work ethic to join their team.
Responsibilities of the role
Looking up data and ensuring data is correct
Providing data and knowledge to customers to provide excellent customer service
Chasing calls- NO COLD CALLING
Chasing up samples ensuring customers are happy with what they have received and they are being used correctly
Ensure all tested products are to a certain standard
Keeping clients on track with their process and ensuring excellent customer service is provided throughout their journey
B2b
Weekly targets to ensure you have day to day structure
Required Experience
1 or 2 years commercial setting or in science sales / account management environment
B2B Sales experience
Good work ethic
Must be happy to travel when required (potential overseas travel for trade fairs within time)
Extras
The hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1630 or 0900 to 1700.
Salary £20-28k with a 6 month salary review
Excellent company benefits
Bonus is paid each quarter and is done on contribution (potentially £1000 per quarter)
