The Company

A regional contractor that specialise in social housing schemes up to 60-70 units per site. The teams are smaller on site and you will get to work in a less pressurised environment that working for one of the big house builders.



The Project

A new £6 million+ design & build social housing residential scheme made up of houses and apartments.



The Role

As on of the Handyman/Handyperson on the project you will be responsible for:

* Working under the supervision and management of the Assistant Site Manager.
* Working on the Residential homes completing snagging and other jobs on site
* Assisting other trades as well as completing your own work.
* Completing all jobs within the resi builds.
* Must have a broad knowledge of all trades in order to complete each task.



Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role.



About You

* You will need a current and valid CSCS card either Green or Blue.
* An excessive amount of experience, previous Handyman/Handyperson experience is essential for this role.
* Can do attitude (the site team are nice and really look after people that want to work for their money).
* Long Term work for a brilliant contractor.
* Must have own tools in order to complete tasks on site.
* 2x brilliant references from previous employers.
* A car is a must to carry your own tools etc.
