Assistant Site Manager
Assistant Site Manager required to support the Site Manager on a new build commercial project in Kent. The position is due to commence in the New Year so if you are looking for a new start in January this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The project is a new build doctors surgery build with a steel frame and brick and block clad
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Site Manager
* You will be joining the projectat the final stages of the project and will be managing some internal packages
* Cooperation with project management and subcontractors.
* Ongoing monitoring of quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance
Ideally you will have:
* Experience working on commercial builds
* Managed an internals package
* Trades background or degree qualified
* Ability to be proactive and use initiative when making decisions
Rate: £190-£210 per day
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Tonbridge
