PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED - PART TIME

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS

SALARY £16-20,000 PRO ROTA DOE - Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm ideally

My client, an established and successful Estate Agents are looking for a Part Time Property Manager to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and independent working individual looking to work in a very busy office looking after approximately 50-60 fully managed properties. You will offer excellent service levels and strive to do your best for clients at all times. Experience in this role is essential along with a sound knowledge of property management.

Responsibilities

Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Arranging Inventories
Check in/out
Booking and carrying out midterm visits
Making sure that Gas, Electric and other safety certificates are up to date
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements

Requirements

Top customer service is paramount
Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
Driving licence and car is essential
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time Management
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
ARLA qualified is preferential but not essential
