My client is a well-established business looking to expand their finance team in time for the new year. This business is based in mid-Kent and operate within the Financial Services sector. They are now looking for a new Finance Director to join their team and lead the finance department.
This role will report directly into the Managing Director will include:
- Cash flow forecasting
- Budget preparation & control
- Treasury control
- Monthly management reporting
- Statutory reporting
- VAT, corporation tax and payroll
- Development of key performance indicators
- Competition benchmarking, review & analysis
- Preparation of investment analysis for new ventures
- FSA compliance & regulatory reporting
- Company secretarial issues
- Various ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate for this role will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with at least 7 years PQE. They will be analytical and have strong interpersonal skills. The right candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
