Customer Service Manager - Maidstone - £40 - 50k
Our client, a successful organisation within the construction industry, is currently recruiting a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
* Daily management of staff
* Implementing changes to processes, procedures and systems
* Setting team objectives and managing KPI's
* Ensuring team targets and customer service levels are met
* Managing relationships with customers and clients
* Liaising with internal and external teams
Requirements:
* Excellent staff management skills with the ability to motivate, develop and up-skill a team
* Previous experience working within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
