I am currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor based in Maidstone.
I am looking for candidates who have experience with consultative sales and can prove and show experience of helping customers and going above and beyond to support their needs.
The day to day duties
Majority of the role is to follow up enquires from customers
Calling customers who have made enquires via the website
Follow up calls with further emails
Arranging quotes for customers
Various admin roles including paying bills in store
Taking over the phone payments
Face to face meetings with walk in clients
Contacting and building strong relationships with existing customers
Providing excellent customer service
The ideal candidate
Must have experience with consultative sales
Proven track record of supporting customer needs
Proven record of not job hopping
Be an excellent listener
Have min GCSE’s in English & Maths Grade C
Salary is £16500 however bonus will increase this to around £24k per year.
Hours are 37.5 per week
Worked on a rota of
1 full week including weekend (5 days)
1 weekend off (just Mon-Fri)
1 Saturday or Sunday
