Linelive Ltd is a technical writing company working within the construction and building services (mechanical and electrical) industries.

At present the company has six employees, and we need a bright and ambitious person to help expand the business.

We research and write manuals which explain how to operate and maintain all kinds of buildings.

Projects range from high-end luxury residences, through offices, hotels, hospitals, logistics and industrial buildings, to housing developments.

We would like to hear from you if you would be interested in training to work within this field.

Ideally you will be educated to A Level or NVQ standard, and keen to work within a technical environment.

The role will initially involve undertaking research and other support services for our technical writers. This means that you need to be comfortable communicating with people from all levels within the construction industry.

We will train the right person to understand and use a wide range of technical processes, enabling you to write about them in a clear and easy to understand format.

Work is mainly based within our office, where a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is desirable.
Occasionally you may undertake a site visit. These are sometimes noisy and dirty environments.

Working hours can be flexible, with salary depending upon your experience.

The Linelive office is located within the beautiful St. Clere Estate. Unfortunately there is no public transport within a kilometre, so you will need your own transport.
