Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Receptionist who has experience of providing the highest standard of customer service to join the busy reception team in Canterbury.
As an experienced Head Receptionist you will be able to build and manage relationships with clients, visitors and be a positive, articulate and well-presented individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting of clients, ensuring that all clients are greeted in a professional manner and receive a positive first impression.
* Management of meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and ready to use. Supply refreshments as required and enter meeting room bookings onto the system.
* Accompany potential clients on visits and ensure that all vacant office spaces are in a ready to show condition at all times
* Management of receiving and processing the incoming and outgoing mail.
* Answer all telephone calls and direct calls appropriately, ensuring customers messages are dealt with promptly and efficiently
* Ensure that any client and customer issues are dealt with promptly and appropriately
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am -5.30pm (one hour for lunch) and free on site parking.
