We are seeking a part-time distribution administrator for our National distribution centre based in Aylesford ME20. Working in a small team the key duties will be the following:

• Data Entry- Input data within the IT system for inbounds and outbound

• Managing the stock movement within the IT system (stock management system)

• Managing and prioritizing all orders to ensure targets are met

• Dealing with telephone queries

• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries

• Prepare Warehouse Reports

• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers

• Liaise with the Warehouse and Management to ensure stock accuracy

• Liaise directly with managers and supervisors with any issues or bottle necks

• Arranging customer orders

• Control of all Outbound consignments

• Assisting with weekly and monthly stock takes

Training & Experience

• Experience in administration within a logistics background

• Excellent knowledge of Excel / Word and Email

• Knowledge of stock management systems
