Blue Arrow are currently looking for a Night Shift Team Supervisor.
Working with a large logistics company based in New Hythe Lane.
Hours to work will be Sunday Night starting at 18.30 to 4.30am to Thursday night
If you have the following qualities
Numerate and Literate
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
IT Literate
Able to carry out the below Tasks and responsibilities
Main Tasks
* To plan and execute the daily/weekly operational plan with resources required to meet the business service and KPIs.
* To accurately complete picking routines and stock checks as required
* To accurately complete all documentation
* To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager.
Key Responsibilities
* To take prime responsibility for your shift and colleagues ensuring that you have planned resource and materials in place to achieve the daily outbound volumes.
* To ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health , safety and welfare of yourself and other persons and comply with the policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety within the company
* To report all accidents, near misses and/or dangerous occurrences to a member of management and to fully assist any member of management with any subsequent investigations
* To attend any training courses relevant to your role within the business or as required from your line manager
* To take prime responsibility for your shift and colleagues ensuring that you have planned resource and materials in place to achieve the daily outbound volumes...
* To ensure that the site hygiene standards are met at all times.
