We are a small friendly company based in Chart Sutton, Maidstone and looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support the Head of Accounts in a busy accounts department. Knowledge of the Property Management Sector would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Key Skills:
• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Invoice Processing
• Credit Card reconciliations
• Weekly payments via in house system utilising BACS
• Assisting with Service Charge renewals
• Dealing with Service Charge enquiries
Focus Software is used, in-house training will be provided
Requirements:
• Experience in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Good Accounting knowledge/experience
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise your workload
• Experience in FOCUS desirable, but not essential as in-house training will be provided
