Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) has been working in schools and other youth-related contexts for over 10 years and is widely recognised as the originator and leader in the field of mindfulness in education. MiSP has designed seminal training programmes for 7 to 18 year olds and reached hundreds of thousands of children and young people up and down the country and worldwide. Our vision is that every child should have the opportunity to learn mindfulness skills to help them manage difficulty and be able to flourish. We aim to promote the teaching of mindfulness to young people by offering free support, advice and information to schools, teachers, pupils, and parents in the UK as well as the highest level of training in MiSP curricula, including the highly-respected .b and Paws b programmes. We offer supported places on all MiSP courses and are seeking to be able to bring mindfulness to more schools with our work.
