Are you an enthusiastic Chef who is passionate about food and will remain professional and efficient at all times?
We can offer you a 35 hour working week on a Monday to Sunday rota, a chance for enhanced rate overtime and paid time off when we are closed over Christmas and the New Year, a rarity in catering! We also offer continued training and development.
Kent Hospitality’s diverse range of catering outlets across the Canterbury campus enables us to offer food choices to suit both home and international tastes. In our bistros, restaurants and dining hall you will find high quality facilities and service, together with innovative and creative menus, all provided by our award-winning catering team.
As a Chef you will:
Have a passion for food and excellent customer service
Want to join a small team working in a fast paced environment
Support in the daily preparation of our menus, inspiring daily specials and recipes for a diverse range of customers
Support with the training and induction of kitchen assistants and casual staff
You will also have an eye for detail and be responsible for all aspects of stock and cash control.
