Duties:

o Asset management of existing residential and commercial developments
o Planning
o Construction & Cost control
o Specification Advice
o Sales and marketing
o Evaluating applications for funding
o Preparation of credit documents
o Market Research
o Networking with Industry figures to help generate exposure
o Develop/mentor skills of existing staff.
o Knowledge of finance beneficial
o Development appraisals/Site assessment.

Candidates should have a property background and have a desire to develop a career in construction, finance and asset management.
Direct experience within the property sector is essential but finance less so.

Candidate requirements:

o Well presented
o Organised and have excellent attention to detail
o Able to prioritise their workload
o Able to communicate confidently at all levels
o A team player
o Be accurate and numerate
o Have good IT skills including word, excel and PowerPoint
o Some knowledge of sales and marketing would be useful but not essential
o Have a property quantity surveying, asset management or construction background

Hours: 8.30 am to 5:30pm. Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work.
