We are proud to be supporting a key local charity in securing applications from experienced Membership Marketing Managers seeking to take up a new post with lots of challenges and opportunities to shape the objectives of the business for the future.

Key to this role will be your proven ability to help build, maintain and develop a existing membership base and deliver against the objectives within the business managing a team of face to face recruiters, alongside exploiting the digital engagement across all platforms, outlets and avenues.

The role will require a people focused manager used to attracting talent through both traditional methods and also running online digital recruitment campaigns. This team of ambassadors will be the driving force behind raising profiles and memberships.

Alongside this you will ideally have experience of working to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan across agreed objectives and targets gained in a sales, commercial or charity based sector.

To be successful you will have good organisational skills and have proven track record in building a comprehensive marketing plan in a similar sector. Strong skills in managing budgets and full accountability for the strategic delivery of the plan will be expected of the successful candidate

A competitive salary of up to £32,000 pa for this full time job role is available along with a good range of benefits
