A fantastic opportunity has arisen, my client based in Sevenoaks is a rapidly growing. They are looking for a purchase ledger assistant to join their Accounts team.
Salary: £23,000-24,000 – plus benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
• Input Invoices on database
• Scanning and filling of invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Dealing with payment queries via email/phone
• CIS Verifications
• Updating disputes spreadsheet & Sage
• Dealing with invoice disputes
• Transfer invoices from database to Sage
• Updating accounts payable inbox
• Calculating tax breakdown for subcontractor payments
Skills and Qualities:
• Quick learner
• Takes initiative to solve accounting problems
• Supportive of other team members
• Experience of Sage (or similar)
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
