Labourer
H V Wooding Ltd has been established in Hythe, Kent for over 40 years. Our core skills are in the manufacture of metal pressings, electrical busbars and CNC machining, supplying some of Europe’s largest manufacturers.
We are looking to recruit a Labourer that will be responsible for ensuring pallets and tote trays are prepared in order to maintain or improve the work flow between production and dispatch, removing completed work from CNC and the Press shop in a timely manner to relevant areas.
You will need to
• Operate a forklift
• Be able to drive a milk float
• Prepare pallets and tote trays
• Have good organisational skills
• Effective communication skills
The roles require regular manual handling activities and working in all weather conditions. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and have a good problem-solving ability. Full training will be given as required.
The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and 8am to 1pm on Fridays.
