Our client is looking for a Vulnerable Customer Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate for the below role will have previous experience working with vulnerable or sensitive customers over the telephone.
As a Vulnerable Customer Consultant within this company, you will -
* Ensure vulnerable customers are identified and supported appropriately
* Understand individual vulnerable customer needs
* Identify the best solution for their circumstances
* Maintain and adhere to the company's compliance standards
* Liaise with customers via the phone and email
* Have previous experience using the TEXAS technique
