Job Title: Senior Parking & Vehicle Access Co-ordinator
Contracted Hours: Full Time On a Rota basis (Mon- Fri 7am-3pm or 10am - 6pm) + 1 Weekend in every 8 weeks
Salary £19,850 Per Annum

Driving Licence: Essential

What does the role look like?

As part of our team at KCH, your role is to provide guidance and assistance to all users of Trust car parks, ensuring safe access and egress is maintained at all times, undertaking enforcement measures to ensure compliance with parking rules and the Trust Parking Policy.



Your duties will include:


To provide the first point of contact for staff and public on all parking related matters treating all users in a considerate, courteous and friendly manner.
To provide a high standard of enforcement by undertaking regular patrols to ensure the smooth running of the parking areas for staff and visitors, and compliance with the Trust Parking Policy.
To issue parking scratch cards and short-terms permits to staff and contractors in line with policy and pre-determined tariffs, facilitating payment via cash, cheque or card.
To undertake first-line problem solving with equipment faults identified in person, by users, or by staff responding to intercom enquiries, escalating to service engineers when unable to resolve or where further guidance is required.
To support and assist other parking management staff in the execution of their duties, assisting in the training of new or agency staff when required. To undertake duties at sites other than the base site as and when required, which will involve inter-site travel.
To use the computer equipment and intercom to assist car park users remotely with any difficulties they experience with the pay-on-foot equipment and services, including the lifting of barriers and the re-issue of CCS tickets as required.

Do I need experience?

Experience within a similar role is desirable however we don’t require previous experience as our outstanding training and development means you will be provided with the support you need.
